We are a full-service architectural firm that specializes in high-end custom residential design. With over thirty-five years of experience, Richard Salpietra Architect, Inc. has the talent and creativity to give you not only what you want, but more than what you expect.

Rick is a California licensed architect and a licensed general contractor. His firm provides full architectural services from property analysis, conceptual designs, construction drawings, and coordinating all other project consultants. He also coordinates the bidding process, building permits, review committee approvals, and construction observation through project completion. 

Rick also collaborates with many different design professionals including architects, industrial designers, interior designers, commercial designers and other talented professionals as a consultant for design creativity. He is a valuable resource for reviewing and critiquing design concepts in terms of design quality and constructibility.

As a graduate of Kent State University in Kent, Ohio with honors, he studied architecture extensively throughout Europe through the Universita di Firenze in Florence, Italy, European Studies Program.
